West Bromwich-based freight forwarders A Logistics has chosen Cocoonfxmedia to supply them with a track & trace system to move them light years ahead of the market.
After initial meetings, A Global Logistics was blown away by Cocoonfxmedia new product CocoonFMS which has been developed to support existing operating systems and digitalise the supply chain.
Both companies are members of the Greater Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Commercial Director Paul O’Malley and Managing Partner James Blackman were both Sales Trainees at Kuehne + Nagel which made the collaboration smooth sailing.
The integration was very quick and extremely painless as their IT Director and management team were fully engaged from the start. They understood that having a tool this powerful will not only give them a competitive edge but also would improve the customer experience through better data quality.
